Louis Vuitton joins forces with artist Terence Koh

Louis Vuitton has teamed up with Chinese-Canadian artist Terence Koh on a limited-edition menswear collection, sold exclusively at Dover Street Market Ginza, Tokyo. Terence Koh is a controversial artist known for his monochromatic installations and ritualistic performances that explore subjects as identity, mythology, spirituality, fashion and sexuality. He is also famous for his surreal YouTube interviews with personalities of the likes of Marina Abramovic, Ai Wei Wei or Lady Gaga. The Terence Koh for Louis Vuitton collection consists of three pieces: a nautical striped T-shirt embellished with a pair of bunnies that seem to have escaped from Koh’s website, a long-sleeved button-up shirt with a narwhal logo and an embroidered biker jacket. The capsule collection is inspired by Koh’s minimalist philosophy and reflects perfectly his vivid imagination and his deeply personal approach to art. The limited-edition collection will be available from June 6, 2014, at Dover Street Market Ginza in Tokyo.
